Spybot Search and destroy from safer-networking.

If none of this works, run hijjack this and post the log

If you have tried everything that is mentioned in the article below 
and if the pop-ups still show up, then use a third party pop-up blocker.  I haven&#039;t tried this myself but I happy with Firefox.</description>
