I am starting a online business that offers many free stuff for users, and later some people will want to pay by PayPal to advertise on my website. I would like to ask you what are the legal procedures to let people advertise and pay a certain amount of money to me every month they want my online services in order for them to advertise on my website and do all of this legally?

What should I do to make this legal? What are the basic procedures? Please, help me, I don’t know anything about Law and I need to get more information in order to make my online business possible.

i know someone who’s a young self made millionaire but he’s lonely. The guy is 27, he started his own business over the internet when he was in highschool in his room in parents house. That business grew in the US over the years which has made him now into an international online business entrepreneur. He currently does a lot of business trips all over Europe. Nobody believed in his business nobody supported it and today he’s a self made millionaire. The fact is he’s got money but he’s never had a girlfriend. Since highschool he’s been to into his business that’s all he did LITERALLY 24/7. Gets up goes to work, eats lunch during work, works some more, eats dinner during work, works until 3-4 am in the morning, goes to sleep, wakes up at 10am, repeats everything. That’s been his life pretty much since highschool. He did finish highschool, and went to a polytech university in NY with a degree in phsychology obviously that degree is useless now. So he’s a good friend of mine. How do i help him?

He’s lonely, never had a girlfriend, NEVER went on a date with a girl. He’s always been all about his work. He did become a self made millionaire, and people tell him life is not all about work, you need to find some time for yourself and friends too. But he doesn’t listen to anyone. So he’s 27 and really needs to start dating.

How do i help a person who doesn’t want to be helped?
What’s the point of having money if you got nobody to share it with?

I really need some network marketing tips for the internet. How do I reach people without spamming anyone?
